Where the streets are buzzing with street vendors, each selling something delicious to eat or drink. Bangkok is undoubtably a happy place for your belly, heart and soul.

Japan is a crazy place. From the insane train network, to the quiet lane ways of Kyoto, the temples, the shrines, the endless queues for some of the best food you’ll ever have; Japan has it all.

After driving of Spirit of Tasmania, it was time for us to make our way down to Hobart. A few stops along the way including the Christmas Hills Berry Farm.

Our last night in Wellington, the rugby was on and the All Blacks were playing. This meant that Ed and I were one of the three tables that were silly enough to dine out on such an important sporting night. It’s not like we planned it to happen, but we had a delicious time anyway.

So let’s start with our first taste of Wellington. In a lovely old bank building, Logan Brown is located in the popular Cuba Street; and has a great variety of local wines and foods to choose from. Shaun Clouston is the head chef and partner at the award winning fine dining restaurant.
