Today my friend and I escaped the hustle and bustle of Chadstone and retreated to Hotel Chadstone MGallery for their whimsical Mad Hatter’s High Tea, available for a limited time only until April 21st!
My friend and I were in absolute heaven. Every bite was bursting with flavour and texture, from savoury favourites like the gruyere & corn croquette and beef brisket pie, to the stunning sweets like the salted caramel, pistachio & passionfruit bombe and the Mad Hatter gianduja crémeux (my personal fave!).
Special shout out to chef Deepak Mishra and chef Venkat Swaroop for absolutely outdoing yourselves. My friend was even treated to her very own stand of lactose-free delights, such a thoughtful touch!
