Accessibility in the kitchen is something that will eventually affect most of us. For Daisy, it’s been an issue her entire life. It’s certainly something we thought about when renovating our kitchen last year, but after chatting with Daisy for this interview it’s clear we could have done more!

We filmed this chat with Daisy after a collaboration with Panasonic and one of their new combination ovens. This is not just a microwave, but it does convection cooking and grilling as well. Through this collaboration with Daisy we realised just how challenging it can be to make a kitchen safe and accessible, and how something as simple as a benchtop 3-in-1 can make life better.
