Today is National Doughnut Day in America. But I’m declaring it Donut Day here in Australia too. Why should the Americans have all the fun? To celebrate, I’ve made some olive oil donuts with Olive Oils from Spain.

Earlier this year, Helados Jauja flicked me an email with a collaboration proposal. It was the height of Summer, it was hot, and ice-cream seemed like a good idea. I picked two ingredients, they picked another two ingredients, and with the 4 main ingredients I made a cake, and they made an ice-cream.

Summer requires easy dishes that don’t require much time in the heat of the kitchen. This tasty salad is one that I should make more often!

Road testing the lastest product from Breville, the Sous Vide. Lots of possibilities!

Who knew REAL lemonade was so easy to make. Add some berries and you have a new flavour instantly!

Pasta doesn’t have to be smothered in tomato sauce to be good; a simple vodka, lemon and cream sauce is just as good.
