Ebi Chilli (Sweet and Sour Prawns)

This is my first ‘no’ in the series. It just didn’t hit the spot for me, and for someone who loves prawns that was a little sad. But I absolutely loved the Ebi to Dashi no Pasta (Prawn and Dashi Pasta) recipe, and would much rather enjoy prawns like that instead.
