Tori Hamburg (Chicken and Tofu Burgers)

Finding the shiso leaves were probably the hardest part of the recipe. I found them at my go to Asian grocer, Minh Phat in Abbotsford. I’m sure I could have found them at one of the markets, but sometimes I know to head straight to where Asian ingredients a plenty.

An easy, simple dish the whole family can enjoy (although would leave off the shiso and many daikon for kids).
