Hotate no Butter Shoyu Yaki, Maguro no Tataki & Menchi Katsu

Izakaya set number two and boy was it sensational. Highlight dish is menchi katsu, it’s hard to beat something that’s crumbed and deep fried! A great combo of dishes that goes well with a beer (or sparkling apple juice if you are me!).

Hotate no Butter Shoyu Yaki (Butter and Soy Sauce Scallops)
Maguro no Tataki (Grilled Tuna Steak)
Menchi Katsu (Meat and Cabbage Croquettes)

Chapter: Izakaya at Home
Page: 161, 158 & 146
Ingredient Total: 5, 10 & 12
Make it again? Yes, yes & yes
