Steak Don (Steak Rice Bowl)

I will 100000% make this again. The recipe called for a small amount of rib-eye steak, but we were at a fancy supermarket and I pick up some wagyu instead. It was a great way to enjoy some top quality meat. The raw egg yolk is optional, and should be left out for those with compromised immune systems.
