Omurice (Egg Omelette Rice)

Omurice is a dish I’ve always loved. I’ve never been much of an egg person, but I’m slowly getting there. Maybe it’s the comfort of adding tomato sauce on top, or the fact that you can chop it up and mush it into the rice like a fried rice, but this is one of my favourite dishes and this recipe was a winner.
