Salmon No Foil Yaki (Salmon Grilled in Foil)

Maybe it’s just me, but I’d never thought to pair salmon and mushrooms. That said, it totally works. This dish came together quickly and easily, especially after a busy day.

Salmon No Foil Yaki (Salmon Grilled in Foil)

I’ve never been someone who gets overly excited about salmon, I know it’s a favourite for a lot of people, but it’s just not my go-to. If I wasn’t cooking my way through the whole book, I probably would’ve skipped past this one. But I’m actually really glad I didn’t, it turned out to be a lovely, comforting dish and reminded me why it’s good to step outside your usual picks every now and then.
