The final trip for 2016, thanks to Accor Hotels, including a helicopter flight, cheese, wine and more!

A long weekend away in the Barossa Valley, staying at the Novotel and eating everything at the newly renovated in house restaurant, The Cellar Kitchen.

This collection of photos was taken when Brown Brothers celebrated 125 years, along with the annual La Dolce Vita Festival. The historic barn was restored, dressed up, and formerly opened with a big party with the Brown family and distinguished guests.

For me, Tasmania has a magnetic effect; I always want to return. It truly is a happy place for me. The pace is slower, the air is clean, and the scenery always takes my breath away.

Ewen Bell and I host a food photography workshop down in Hobart, and take in some of the local treasures. With a trip to Agrarian Kitchen, Frogmore Creek Winery and Ridgeline pottery amongst the itinerary.

Spring is in the air, the Prosecco is flowing, and the cameras are clicking. It’s all about the Prosecco on our King Valley Food Photography Workshop. The spring blossoms are out, and travelling from winery to winery is nothing but a picturesque journey.

King Valley is most definitely a #happyplace just a few hours from home.
