Tori Momo No Ponzu Sauce & Kyuri Shio Kombu Sauce

This chicken dish is definitely going to be a staple for us. The creamy garlic and yuzu ponzu sauce was next-level, seriously, make sure you use skin-on chicken thighs for maximum flavour. So, so good!

And the cucumber salad? Honestly, the first cucumber salad I’ve actually enjoyed, and one I’d happily make again.
