Sukiyaki (Japanese Beef Hotpot)

I used to enjoy this dish back in my uni days, although it wasn’t early as fancy. It was mainly just beef and shirataki noodles on rice with that delicious broth, never with mushrooms, tofu and all that jazz. It’s a dish I still love and will definitely make again.
