Asari no Sake Mushi, Hotate to Ichigo no Carpaccio & Kaki Furai

Sake steamed clams, scallop carpaccio with strawberries and fried oysters.

I’m not a fan of oysters at all, so this was the one recipe I wasn’t looking forward to trying. But I did enjoy the rest of the dishes!
