Cream Stew (Western-Style Cream Stew)

This is such a comfort dish in Japan, they sell cubes like the curry cubes so you can whip it up quickly. This one was made from scratch and easy to do. I wanted a little more flavour though, so next time I would deglaze the pan with white wine and possibly add a little cheese.
