I’m glad I managed to fool a few of you on April Fool’s Day with my iron cooked scones I’m not usually one to do any fooling on April Fool’s but I know Billy is.

On a recent trip to Daylesford, I made scones with a difference. I decided that instead of the usual lemonade scones, I would substitute the lemonade for Prosecco. For those that don’t know; Prosecco is a sparking Italian white wine. But I also wanted to make scones with a real difference.
