A quick round up of what’s been happening; lots of food and lots of bubbles!


Well known Antique dealers, Moss Green, have opened a tea room on High Street, Armadale. Whether is a quick bite for lunch or high tea, it’s the place to be.


Even though it might not be the season for strawberries, there aren’t any shortage of them around It’s definitely a cake I’ll be making again. I can imagine it looking amazing on a picnic spread when the warmer weather comes back!


If you love coffee, and high tea; then you’ll just LOVE High Coffee at the Intercontinental Melbourne.


I just adore chai, and I love making cupcakes. When I found the recipe for these bad boys, I knew I had to make them!


What better way to end my birthday weekend than with a gorgeous high tea at Bursaria, at Abbotsford Convent.


This gingerbread has a dark, slightly bitter but comforting quality to it. The stout not only adds the deep colour, but the bubbles in it help provide a super light batter.


These are my first attempt at iced shortbread, and for my lovely friend Haz’s surprise high tea.
